Terms and conditions
The terms on which Ithen Enterprises provides broadband connections and accepts payments.
Who we are
Ithen Enterprises (proprietor Ravi Shankar Kumar, GSTIN 10CNKPK6443G1Z6) is the local partner of Xpress Fiber Private Limited in Motihari. Internet service is provided on the Xpress Fiber network under ISP Licence DS-11/195/2022-DS-III. Cable TV service is provided under our local cable operator registration BR/2026/1047112945 with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
New connections
A connection is activated after we receive a completed application with a photograph, identity proof and address proof, and after a feasibility check. We may decline a connection where the service is not technically feasible.
Plans and billing
Plans are prepaid and billed for 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices on this website are before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. Each plan includes the monthly data stated on the plan. Prices can change; a change applies from your next renewal.
Fair and lawful use
The connection must not be used for unlawful activity, resold or shared outside your premises. Subscriber and usage records are kept as required by the licence and may be shared with authorities when the law requires it.
Equipment
Any router or equipment given on loan remains our property or our partner's property and must be returned when the connection is closed.
Service
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Faults are attended during office hours; outages caused by power cuts, weather or third-party damage may take longer to fix.
