What we collect
Your name, mobile number, address, email and the identity and address documents needed to give you a connection; your plan and payment records; and technical records of the connection that the licence requires us or our network partner to keep.
How we use it
To set up and support your connection, take payments, send renewal reminders and meet legal and licence requirements. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Online payments are processed by a payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
Who we share it with
Xpress Fiber Private Limited (our network partner), the payment gateway, and government authorities when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your details by writing to admin@ithen.in. Records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period.
