Refund and cancellation
How cancellations, failed payments and refunds are handled.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but the payment fails, it is normally reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If you are charged twice for the same order, write to admin@ithen.in with both payment IDs and the extra amount is refunded to the same account within 7 working days of confirmation.
Before activation
If you cancel a paid plan before it is activated, the full amount is refunded, less any installation work already done.
After activation
Once a plan is activated, the plan amount is not refunded for the unused period, except where we are unable to provide the service at your address.
Air Fiber
Air Fiber plans are non-refundable once the link is installed and activated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account holder.
